IMPORTANT INFO FOR ALL FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN: Summer Grocery Benefit Beginning this summer, Illinois will offer Summer EBT, the new grocery program for families with eligible school-age kids. Eligible families will receive $120 per child during the summer for groceries. We have been advised that the benefit may not be added or received until August. 🔶 If you’re already receiving food benefits such as SNAP/Medicaid/TANF/ETC. your school-age children are eligible for the Summer EBT program. You will get a card in the mail sent to the address on file with the school. 🔶 If your household income meets the requirements for free and reduced-price school meals, your family can receive Summer EBT grocery benefits. You would need to fill out a Household Eligibility Application. If you think you qualify, please email kelly.darnell@tvilleschools.org and I will send you an application. This group of kids deserves to be acknowledged. They have been one of the best dance committees that Mrs King and I have had the honor of working with. They are determined and hardworking, respectful and just a joy to be around. They worked their butts off to make their Prom look beautiful and we are so proud of them.

🌱🌎Sixth grade went to Rend Lake to celebrate Earth Day! They had a fantastic time learning about electricity safety measures, raptors, and unique carnivores. They loved it! They have many new ideas for pets! 😁

The Basscats hosted the IHSA Bass Fishing Sectionals today at Lake of Egypt. Mace Ridgeway and Brian Gibbs took home the sectional title with 16 lb 9 oz and caught the biggest fish weighing 5 lb 3 oz.

Some of the High School Jrs and Srs were able to attend a tour of Aisin manufacturing and K and E Technical. Thank you Manpower for the Tshirts and goodie bags.

The last day for after school tutoring will be Wednesday, May 8th.
