VISION AND HEARING SCREENING NOTIFICATION
Dear Parent/Guardian,
The Illinois Department of Public Health mandates that children at a specific age and grade levels receive vision and hearing screening from a certified technician or nurse. Thompsonville school will be providing vision and hearing screening services for those specified students. If the screening technician determines that your child may have a vision or hearing problem that needs further evaluation, you will receive a notification letter in the mail regarding the next steps and recommendations.
