Our FFA Alumni is having a fish fry Friday the 13th at 4pm at the pavilion in town. The Alumni is wanting to thank the community for its success last year. The Alumni gave out several thousand dollars in scholarships. They will be taking donations but it is not required.
We want to welcome a new addition to our Thompsonville School Family. Ava Sue Fisher! We hope that mom (Amber) and baby are doing great and can not wait to see them in person!
Thank you Cindy Bauman from the Illinois Extension and Frankin County 4-H for coming to our classroom to perform science experiments all about bubbles. We had a fun time experimenting with yeast, making lava lamps, and making elephant toothpaste.
