Homecoming Update!
The Thompsonville Church of God has invited all the Jr. High Basketball Players and Cheerleaders after the Home Game Thursday to a pizza party at their Fellowship Hall on Hwy 149.
The Homecoming Court will be announced at the Wednesday Night basketball game. Thank you for all of your patience as we iron out all the details and try to create the best week possible for the students!
Jr. High Boys Basketball Game for Tomorrow 1/15/25 is Canceled.

There will be no after school tutoring on Wednesday, January 15th. Tutoring will resume as normal the following Wednesday, January 22nd.

Homecoming Reminder:
Any student bringing a guest from another school MUST have a guest form completed and turned in by Friday, January 17th. If a guest does not have a form on file they will NOT be allowed to enter the dance.
School will be in session tomorrow, Tuesday (1/14/25). Buses will run where possible. If your student will NOT be riding the bus, please let the driver know. If you live where the bus turns around, try to have your student meet the bus to help out. See you all tomorrow.
Due to the weather the Jr. High Volleyball open gym for tomorrow, 1/13/25 has been rescheduled for Tuesday, 1/14/25 from 3-4 pm. Tryouts will be Wednesday, 1/15/25 from 3-4:30 pm. *Cheerleaders will be allowed to leave early for if needed* Please share!

Due to hazardous road conditions from recent winter weather, Thompsonville CUSD 174 will be closed Monday (January 13). We will be utilizing an e-learning day. Stay safe and warm. We hope to see you all on Tuesday, January 14, 2025.
Senior Samantha Gordon won 2nd place in the VFW Voice of Democracy essay contest at the district level. She was recognized and accepted her award at a banquet at the VFW Post 1301 in Marion on Saturday evening. Good job, Sam!!
