This group of kids deserves to be acknowledged. They have been one of the best dance committees that Mrs King and I have had the honor of working with. They are determined and hardworking, respectful and just a joy to be around. They worked their butts off to make their Prom look beautiful and we are so proud of them.

🌱🌎Sixth grade went to Rend Lake to celebrate Earth Day! They had a fantastic time learning about electricity safety measures, raptors, and unique carnivores. They loved it! They have many new ideas for pets! 😁

The Basscats hosted the IHSA Bass Fishing Sectionals today at Lake of Egypt.
Mace Ridgeway and Brian Gibbs took home the sectional title with 16 lb 9 oz and caught the biggest fish weighing 5 lb 3 oz.


Some of the High School Jrs and Srs were able to attend a tour of Aisin manufacturing and K and E Technical. Thank you Manpower for the Tshirts and goodie bags.





The last day for after school tutoring will be Wednesday, May 8th.
Our top seniors were recognized last night at the Southern Illinois Society for High School Achievement Banquet. They are (in no particular order): Hunter Warren, Emma Kerley, Cole Davis, and Lauren Clem. Not pictured: Aaron Mace and Mackenzie Partain. Congratulations!
