This is required by the state of Illinois to be turned into the school and reported.
School physicals & immunization records need to be submitted to the school no later than Oct. 15th. Vision exams need to be submitted to the school no later than October 15th.
Dental exams need to be submitted to the school no later than March 3rd. If you are planning to use Dental Safari this year please let me know. Dental Safari will be coming to the school on Feb 26, 2025. I will send home Dental Safari paperwork closer to time.

**ATTENTION SENIORS CLASS OF 2025**
SIU Carbondale: Starting Sept 3rd-Oct 31st, there will be no fee to apply to SIUC. Apply early. 3.8 unweighted GPA or higher will qualify students automatically for the University Excellence scholarship of $5,500. Watch your email for an invitation at that time to apply for the Chancellor scholarship, which is a full-ride. Automatic scholarships start at a 2.75 gpa that qualifies you for $1,500 per year renewable for 4 years and go up from there.
Students that have parents that are alumni of SIUC will receive 20% off tuition
Employees at SIUC for over 7 years can qualify their student for an additional 50% off
Families making below $103,040 will qualify automatically for the Saluki Commitment, which waives all tuition and fees.
The HS Volleyball team has created themes for the home games. They invite everyone to participate and look forward to having their fans cheer them on!
