Kindergarten Farm Day 🐓 Kindergarten spent the last few weeks learning all about farms! Today was so much fun!
Come out and support our Galatia/Thompsonville TrapCats team at their SIYSSA Spring Trap meet Saturday, April 12th and Sunday, April 13th. They will be shooting around 11:00 on Saturday at Rend Lake Shooting Complex. Good Luck Nate, Baylen, Josh, Lucas, Andy, and Kooper.

We are excited to share an incredible opportunity for our High School students provided by the Thompsonville First Baptist Church.
The church is hosting Post Prom on Saturday, May 3rd, immediately following Prom.
Here are the key details:
Sign-Up: Students can sign up in the High School hallway.
Prom: Students that can attend Prom are Juniors and Seniors unless an underclassman is attending with a Junior or Senior.
Ticket Incentive: The church will pay for any student’s Prom ticket if they sign up and attend Post Prom.
Post Prom Fun: The event will feature exciting prizes and activities for students.
Please help spread the word to students and encourage participation in this wonderful event.
It’s a great way to ensure they have a safe and fun time after Prom!

Ticket sales will begin on April 28th when we return from Spring Break.
If you are bringing a guest that is not a student at Thompsonville, a guest form must be filled out and returned no later than May 2nd.
Students must be in attendance on Friday, May 2nd to attend Prom.

High School Students (11, 10, 9) The ACT, Pre ACT, and Pre ACT 9 has been moved to Thursday, April 10, 2025. Please be sure to charge your chromebooks to full capacity Wednesday night. Remember to get a good nights rest, a good breakfast, and be prepared for the test. You may bring snacks and beverages with you to have during break times.

Our high school Anatomy class took a trip to Rend Lake College's cadaver lab this morning. Students were able to participate in several activities including a skeleton building race and various breathing exercises. They were able to look at X-rays, virtually dissect a body, and learn about anatomy from a real cadaver before having lunch and heading back to school. We're so grateful to RLC's science department for this amazing opportunity!
